How to Create Your Own Logon Message on Startup

1 Click on start / go to Run or Windows key + R
   Regedit / Press Enter

2 In The registry editor, Drag down the
following path:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS NT/CURRENT VERSION/ WIN LOGON


3 Right click LegalNoticeCaption, 
   click modify, 
   Type: YOUR MESSAGE 1,and then click ok!

4 Right click legalNoticeText, 
   click modify, 
   and then YOUR MESSAGE 2!

5 Restart Your Computer.

6 The message will appear every time you logon!
